KASSI HAMEG, SAFETY & COMPLIANCE MANAGER
I’m a dedicated Safety & Compliance Manager with a diverse 16-year career spanning the food service, media, and oil and gas industries. My journey has taken me through roles at notable companies such as Advantage Energy Services, LTP Enterprises, and B&N Clearing & Environmental. In my current position, I am responsible for ensuring that all operations comply with safety regulations and industry standards. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active through working out and playing futsal, as well as indulging in my passion for cooking. Having moved to the United States in 2014, I cherish my dual connection to both America and my native France.

JESSICA EDDY, PAYROLL & BENEFITS MANAGER
As the Payroll & Benefits Manager, I am responsible for managing payroll, benefits, compliance, and human resources, ensuring efficient and effective operations. I have over two decades of professional experience, including 17 years dedicated to the oil and gas industry. My career has spanned various sectors, including retail, banking, and energy, with notable tenures at Gateway Pipeline and Genesis Endeavors. Outside of my professional life, I enjoy fishing, reading, and seeking out new adventures. I also love spending time with my husband & dogs – I’m a proud dog mom!

GRANT ELKINS, FINANCE MANAGER
In my 9-year career, I’ve explored industries such as healthcare, aerospace, software, foodservice, and oil and gas, starting with internships at Integris Health and BancFirst. My professional journey includes roles at Meta Special Aerospace, Blackbaud, CFS Brands, and currently as Finance Manager at Spartan Energy Services. As Finance Manager, I manage project tracking and forecasting, bidding processes, and vendor management, while promoting financial education within the organization. Outside of work, I’m an auto enthusiast, golfer, and pickleball player, as well as a proud father and devoted husband to my beautiful wife.
TRACIE LOAGUE, ACCOUNTING MANAGER
With 24 years in accounting, I’ve developed expertise across diverse industries, starting with 5 years in public accounting at Hogan and Slovacek. My journey continued in the utility sector for 11 years, including roles at OG&E Energy Services and a utility construction startup. I’ve also explored the oil and gas and trucking industries, gaining insights at Spartan Energy Services and serving as a Controller at CDA Driveaway. Currently, I am the Accounting Manager at Spartan Energy Services, responsible for accurate financial reporting. Outside work, I enjoy crafting and reading for relaxation.

CARRI SULLIVAN, CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
As the Chief Financial Officer of Spartan Energy Services, I work everyday to live our core values – safety, community, and creating the best workplace in the industry. With over 25 years in accounting and finance, I hold a Master of Accountancy from the University of Oklahoma and began my career in financial planning & analysis at OG&E. There, I revolutionized the Revenue & Fuels department, introducing groundbreaking analyses that led to significant fuel savings. Transitioning to a Controller role for mid-size businesses, I continued to make substantial financial impacts before joining the Spartan family in October 2021. Committed to our mission, I promote financial excellence and a culture of innovation and safety.
ROB KELLER, VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS
As the VP of Operations, I’ve built a solid career in the oil & gas industry, navigating the complexities of pipelines, refineries, plants, stations, and facilities. My experience includes collaborations with reputable companies such as Farmland, CONOCO Phillips, TJ Inspection, Kinder Morgan, SemGroup and others. As the VP, I’m committed to overseeing operations with a focus on precision and excellence, ensuring that each project is executed to the highest standards.
PAUL CAMPBELL, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER & OWNER
With extensive experience in aerospace, oil and gas, and public education, I’ve dedicated my career to fostering positive change. As the Owner and CEO of Spartan Energy Services, I’ve established a culture focused on safety, workplace excellence, and community engagement. During my 20-year aerospace career, I spent 16 years at Rolls-Royce and led Enviro Systems, Inc. as President and CEO. I founded Advance Rural Education, which has significantly impacted rural education and led to the creation of two national award-winning PK-12 Life Planning Schools. Additionally, I contribute as an advisor and investor at Cortado Ventures, utilizing my aerospace background to support various companies. My roots trace back to rural Kentucky, where I was raised in a family of coal miners and welders. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Indiana University, and am a father to six remarkable children, with hobbies that include painting, drawing, and off-roading.
REBECCA NOLTE, EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT & CO-FOUNDER
I have 20 years of administrative experience ranging from entry level to an Executive Assistant supporting C-Suite executives. I lead anything all-staff related, remove roadblocks, and maintain the organizational structure. I am a culture advocate who values innovation, promotes inclusion, and inspires excellence in the work environment.
